NOT RECOMMENDED, NOT TRUSTWORTHY I regret to share my profoundly disappointing experience with Hi-Tech Engineering, a vehicle repair company that I had hoped would provide reliable service for my car issues. Initially, I sought their assistance for a problem with my parking sensor, indicated by the recurring dashboard error message "parking aid malfunction." Upon their recommendation, I had the wiring loom repaired, and initially, the issue seemed to be resolved. However, my optimism was short-lived. Merely 3-4 days later, the same error resurfaced intermittently, eventually becoming a persistent problem within a few weeks. Disturbed by this recurrence, I promptly contacted Hi-Tech Engineering, hoping for a swift resolution, especially since they assured me that there would be no charges for a recurring problem on the previously repaired wiring loom. To my dismay, upon visiting their facility, I was informed that I would, in fact, need to pay for the repair, as the issue pertained to a different sensor on the same wiring loom. This sudden reversal was not only unfair but also completely contradictory to their earlier assurance. Expressing my dissatisfaction and pointing out the lack of fairness in charging me again for an issue they claimed to have fixed, I found their staff to be incredibly rude and unprofessional. Despite my protests, they insisted on payment, making it clear that I would be charged diagnostic fees even if they chose not to proceed with the repair. In light of this regrettable encounter, I cannot in good conscience recommend Hi-Tech Engineering to anyone seeking vehicle repairs. Their LACK of professionalism, DISCOURTEOUS BEHAVIOUS, and questionable business practices have left me with a sense of frustration and a significant dent in my wallet.

Booked in for an MOT & Full Service. My MOT failed, they called me straight away to discuss my options and gave me a rough price guide. My repairs, re-test & full service were all done in one day. Could not be more greatful to find a garage that I can trust and that puts their customers needs first. So so happy with the service I received and for making me feel like I can now safely drive my car.
